Blog Treze

Since now I have felt my 13 entries have led me out of the rookie phase of blogging and more into the experience stage of my newly acquired skills, I decided to take upon my previous acquired knowledge of online blogging and decided this week I will not edit or re read what my fingers type. I will speak my true mind through thick and thin. Sorry if my grammatical errors stand out or my spelling resembles a 12 year old level as i progressive continue writing this entry.
A week has passed and a week to go. My placement has reached its tail end of its three month journey. The last week until I once again find myself sitting back stuffing down airport meals and snacks. The writing portion of the whole "leaving" phase doesn't quite but the right feeling towards the action portion of the word. As some of my bags have begun to me packed up, I find myself reflecting upon the memories I will leave behind. From the first weeks of sunburn on the beach (may i say I could have official opened a redlobster franchise with the way my back and sun resembled the painful colour of red) to the first encounter of the Portuguese lanuage "Oi" and even to the endless nights of meeting and introducing ourselves as fellow Canadians abroad come across my mind. The people we met well not be enacted forever within our facebook chain of social media to our promising kodak photos emplaced in our memory and hands.
Now this previous week I have decided to attempt to visually become a brazilian citizen by transforming my pale casper skin into a crisp brown colour and my bitter pronunciation of Portuguese into a clear and conscience presentation. Today I sit here still white (but not casper white) but with a big chip on my shoulder (I could classify this "chip" as a LAYS chip simply because I am eager to pursue more). My verbal communication skills have increased (I think at least) and my tan is slowly becoming apparent to the naked eye. With 7 days remaining I plan to continue with my transformation and I hope when i do manage to stumble off the plan in Toronto I will become the Half brazilian/Half canadian I now desire. Brazil will forever be in my future plans and I do intend to make yet another pit stop in the future when my money sees new highs and my education proceeds higher output. With my to go checklist to be presented next week in ordinary fashion. I thank all my fellow followers, hometown supporters (shout out to Chris Clark), friends, family members and Brazilian assiocates. I will see you soon Canada.

Blog Doze

Business minds use reference to the phrase "Let the money talk:, creative minds refer to the statement "think outside the box", travellers stick to "what happens in _________(location) stays in __________(location) and students stick the code of "Study hard, party harder". But now I question what do bloggers reference to in a moment of disparity or confusion. For my Doze blog, I have decided to put the pen down (or in realistic terms, the keyboard away) and express the statement "A picture is worth a thousand words". This week I will not focus on keeping you followers on the edge of your seat staring into the tiny font in which this website portrays my weekly entries. So sit back and enjoy the pictures of where I am, whom I know, and what I have been up to this summer. 15 days left.

My post comes late hoje a' noite. The week has concluded and it has taken me a few moments to reflect on its events and activities. This week brought me back to my Canadian roots as fellow Professors from Canada had come to visit and explore into our placement. The meeting was greatly appreciated and welcomed with open arms as Brazil has once again been invaded with Canadian presences. It was muito  bom to see fellow english speaking once again and it brought me to realize how my time in Brazil will soon come to a stop. Trez semanas until I board the flight back to home soil. Eager to see friendly faces and family but triste to leaving Brazil behind. Besides the arrival of fellow canadians on Brazil pavement, this week i managed to catch some rays of sunshine and was able to slowly fade the white off my skin. The suns heat is extraordinary and the fact of being "sunburnt" always crosses my mind as I lay motionless on the beach. Nada is worse then to begin white as a ghost and then to leave your day of tanning red as a lobster. Now as my work placement has wrapped up and feedback has been noted, the next three weeks presents me with a open window of opportunity to capitalize on. I look forward to enduring some athletics and to capture some true brazilian experiences. My camera will be in full return and my facebook will be having some additions as the week continua (not a spelling error), well I dexiar now as a tired traveller yet inspired business student. Saude Canada and to fellow followers and business associates. I will have more to say next sunday and look forward to presenting you with a wild and exotic blog next week. Enjoy the Portuguese and Feliz Aniversario to my fellow cousins.

Boa Noite
Another semana has passed and with that arrives the common domingo night entry. Yes I have decided to incorporate some Portuguese words within my entry. This will therefore be your learning aspect for the week as well as seen as more of a "Da Vinci Code" challenge. But I reveal to my followers, that there isn't and will never be a holy grail found amongst my clever hidden words.
Agora, to the good stuff. My offical eight week placement has now concluded and come to an end, where I now see some fellow overseas collegues boarding the plane home or boarding the plane to continue there summer adventure. But for myself, Eu sit back and enjoy the sun beating down on me and my countdown until arrival home to be a near 4 week period. Time is still not visible to me, as it seems everyday passes quicker then the próximo. My recent week has led me to explore the tourist spots of Brazil as well had concluded with a beer in my right hand and celebration fist with my left hand. Canada day was embraced to the full extent on my half despite the fact, no one here really understood why i was seemingly "full" by then end of the evening. With my saturday morning only to reveal to me, the day of Independence for Bahia. A fellow state and promising addition to Brazil. So once again I found my hands full of trouble, laughter, and amongst friends. Though with my weekend basically being the highlight of my week, i took upon the advantage to begin some paperwork and miscellaneous activities to consume some of my daily hours. ops não posso esquecer português agora. Though with my months eventually degrading to days left here for my placement, i slowly begin to reflect upon my wok placement and fellow incidents I have done and would still like to try. Therefore, I now dexiar to comprise a list of things to do and what i can verificar off of what I've done.
To my followers and fellow friends, i will be home soon and your in my thoughts. Cheers to Canada,My family, amigos, amigas and for the ones at rest. Good luck with the translations. Saude
